The Office Sales Assistant will work closely with the sales team to help process customer orders, maintain documentation, and provide exceptional client service. This role requires strong math skills, comfort with Excel, Adobe, and a proactive, process-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with customer interactions, order processing, and follow-ups
• Manage documentation and update order status using Excel and internal systems
• Perform basic math calculations to assist in pricing and quoting jobs
• Follow detailed, documented company processes with a high level of accuracy
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and gather necessary project information
• Help maintain a well-organized office environment and support general administrative tasks
• Build strong relationships with clients through clear, friendly, and consistent communication
• Uphold and represent FAUS Glass's core values in every client and team interaction
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong math skills and attention to numerical accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software
• Highly organized with an ability to follow and improve structured processes
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Entry-level candidates welcome; previous office or sales support experience is a plus
• Self-starter with a commitment to excellence and professionalism
