Join our dynamic team as a Corporate Administrative Assistant! This position offers a unique opportunity to provide on-site high-level administrative and operational support directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at our Headquarters location in Gainesville, FL.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the COO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Organize materials for internal and external meetings.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Prioritize and handle incoming correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the COO.
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven administrative support experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
- Valid driver’s license required; must meet company eligibility requirements.
