You are the key owner of your project roadmap and ultimately the coordinator of the vision that fuels the development teams. Key responsibilities include tracking SaaS software development projects from the charter handoff to the Product group, through development steps, and finally back to the business with a business demo, client handoff, and client training. The Project Manager collaborates with Palco’s Director and IT Teams to ensure goals are met, and that project efforts are aligned with the Company’s overall strategy and goals.
Skills
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams through the full project lifecycle, from charter handoff to client delivery
- Apply Agile principles to plan, execute, and deliver software development projects
- Facilitate Program Increment planning, sprint planning, and team syncs to ensure alignment and progress
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Track and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies using Agile tools
- Collaborate with Product Management to ensure business objectives are translated into actionable work
- Ensure timely delivery of business demos and facilitate client handoff and training
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates and managing expectations
- Identify and resolve project impediments and blockers to maintain delivery momentum
- Maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, and status reports
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the team
- Collaborate with Business Coordinator, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to ensure delivery success
- Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple concurrent projects
Education and Experience
- Experience working with Healthcare or Self-Direction Programs is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 3 or more years of experience in Project Management, preferably in SaaS environments
