As we scale our impact, we're looking for a creative, motivated, and results-driven Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team.

About the Role

At FASTer Way to Fat Loss, the Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in increasing engagement, building community, and supporting revenue growth through purposeful, high-impact visual design. By creating consistent and compelling brand experiences across digital platforms, this role elevates brand awareness, strengthens brand loyalty, and inspires meaningful action. Every design produced not only reflects our values-it connects with our audience, fuels campaign performance, and helps turn awareness into advocacy. The Graphic Designer is a key contributor to transforming interest into trust and engagement into growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling graphic design assets for social media, websites, email marketing, landing pages, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate on the development of creative strategy and visual direction for major marketing initiatives.
• Design branded content including digital ads, web banners, infographics, lead magnets, and sales collateral.
• Apply motion graphics and basic video editing to enhance multimedia storytelling.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze asset performance to optimize design effectiveness.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure visual alignment with business goals.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and marketing technology innovations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4– 6 years of professional graphic design experience in marketing, branding, or digital media.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro a plus).
• Proficient in Figma, Canva, and Google Workspace tools.
• Experience designing for email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work in both digital and print formats.
• Knowledge of social media design best practices, responsive web design, and UX/UI principles.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing projects from concept to execution.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web animation tools.
• Experience working in health, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
• Photography or video production skills are a bonus.
