The Pass Casino and Railroad Pass Casino and Hotel seeks a highly organized, creative, and results-oriented Advertising and Casino Marketing Manager to drive revenue and enhance our brand presence. As our Advertising and Casino Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading casino promotions and advertising initiatives You will also provide guidance and mentorship to two marketing department team members. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly juggling multiple projects and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Casino Marketing & Promotions:

o Leverage your strong casino marketing background to develop engaging and effective monthly promotions in collaboration with the Casino Slots Department to drive casino traffic and revenue.

o Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of casino promotions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

o Maintain and track the performance of existing casino promotions, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for optimization.

• Advertising & Marketing Communications:

o Serve as the primary liaison with our advertising agency of record, effectively trafficking jobs for various marketing materials, monthly direct mail campaign, print and digital collateral and advertising initiatives.

o Manage and maintain the overall marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

o Collaborate with internal departments, particularly Food & Beverage, to develop and promote special holiday offerings and local events.

o Lead the creation of daily content for The Pass Casino and Railroad Pass Casino's social media platforms.

o Develop and deploy effective email marketing campaigns.

o Utilize your strong advertising acumen to proofread all creative artwork and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

• Team Leadership & Supervision:

o Supervise, mentor, and develop marketing department team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

o Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear direction and feedback.

o Support the professional growth and development of direct reports.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in casino promotions, advertising and event sales and management, ideally within the gaming and hospitality industry.
• Experience supervising and leading marketing team members.
• A deep understanding of marketing principles and advertising practices.
• Experience in developing and executing successful promotional campaigns within a casino environment.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
