Description:
The Receiving position's main functions:
Receiving:
- check in all food and beverage orders, following CCJ guidelines
- physically help unload trucks and inspect all deliveries for accuracy
- weigh all meats/fresh seafood deliveries
- inspect all items for quality upon delivery
- put all delivered items away in their designated areas
Other:
- Assisting the Chefs with other kitchen duties
- This is a full time, 5 days/week position
7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday (off Sunday/Monday)
Must adhere to receiving guidelines
Must be able to lift #50
Must be able to bend/lift for unloading trucks
Must read English
