Logistics Analyst

Position Purpose:

The Logistics Analyst supports key transportation and supply chain operations, focusing on data automation, vendor management, cost optimization, and integration strategies. This role ensures timely updates of vendor orders, leads system implementation projects, and drives continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily vendor open order reports and ensure timely, automated updates through IT collaboration.
• Communicate changes in shipping dates, locations, and order cancellations to stakeholders.
• Lead implementation and optimization of the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Evaluate quarterly Cost Per Unit Analyzed (CPUA) reports and maintain routing guide compliance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to integration strategies across the broader THD supply chain.

Typical office environment. Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods.

Working Conditions:

Onsite, Monday–Friday business hours, located at 7440 S. Hwy 121, McKinney, TX 75070.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with TMS or ERP systems
• Effective communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading technology/tool implementation
• Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree

Bachelor’s Degree (in a related field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Analytics)
