Marketing and Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and brand communications of our growing wealth management firm. This role will be instrumental in driving awareness, engagement, and client satisfaction through consistent, professional, and effective communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding
- Coordinate the development and execution of the firm's marketing plan, in alignment with business goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral (brochures, newsletters, flyers, event invitations, etc.).
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, email blasts, and print/digital advertisements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as designers, printers, and digital marketing agencies.
Content & Communications
- Draft, edit, and distribute client communications, including newsletters, market updates, and event announcements.
- Manage the firm's website, ensuring content is current and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Oversee the firm's social media channels, including content creation, posting, and analytics reporting.
- Support thought leadership initiatives, including newsletters, whitepapers, and video
- content.
Events & Client Engagement
- Plan and coordinate client events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.
- Support client experience initiatives that foster loyalty and deepen relationships.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Management Tags, email platforms, and CRM data.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor marketing activity to provide insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role; experience in financial services or professional services preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Publisher, Constant Contact/Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Tamarac, Salesforce, Redtail) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
