- Responsible to maintain the area of produce in good conditions of cleanliness, presentation and stocked also that all the existing merchandise has the price.
- Make orders and inventories. Implements sales strategies taking care of product rotation.
- Supervises that the personnel of this department maintains the tables and the display cases of exhibition in good conditions of presentation (quantity, variety, cleanliness and quality of the product) according to the report of daily security.
