Position Description

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Programming and Documentation, the Program Specialist oversees daily operation of evidence-based practice/best practice programming. The Program Specialist supports program development and organizational objectives, while ensuring that patient goals for recovery, stabilization, and community re-integration are supported by appropriate services. Promotes facility values and philosophies in all aspects of treatment practice, in accordance with SPBH policies and procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulation and licensure accreditation standards.
