Job Responsibilities
- Support & manage day-to-day operational Billing, Pricing, and Reporting activities within Pest and/or Ecolab legacy divisions
- Ensure timely & accurate processing of billing/invoicing: Pest and/or Ecolab legacy divisions
- Ensure timely & accurate processing of price implementation requests for Ecolab legacy divisions
- Support Pest Billing or Ecolab Legacy Billing related e-mail boxes
- Interact with other departments, customers and/or outside agencies to resolve billing related or impacted challenges
- Assist in orienting and training Billing team associates – virtually & in-person
- Assists in testing, system implementation and valuation of system rules – general project support as requested
- Process Improvements & general process documentation
- Support close periods (month, quarter, year)
- Metric & KPI tracking
- Ability to be self-motivated & work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs and meet customer expectations
- Attentive to detail and processes
- Ability to operate multiple software applications, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Access
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years financial and/or accounting experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business field -OR- 2+ years previous experience in credit, finance/accounting or related field (relevant education may be substituted in part)
