Evantic is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead the Tapes manufacturing team at our North Houston facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of production operations—ensuring we hit our goals, uphold our standards, and continue building a high-performance culture.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of production personnel, assigning tasks, coaching performance, and maintaining accountability.
  • Drive productivity, quality, and safety by clearly communicating expectations and resolving challenges in real time.
  • Ensure your team is trained, engaged, and equipped to succeed.
  • Collaborate across shifts and departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent output.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and supporting optimization projects.
  • Enforce 5S and workplace safety standards—creating a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment.
  • Support company initiatives and help shape a culture of excellence, reliability, and respect.

What You Bring

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Proven experience effectively leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, confidence on the floor, and a hands-on leadership style
  • U.S. Person status (per 22 C.F.R.) for Export Control Compliance

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • Background in aerospace, medical device, life sciences, or wire & cable manufacturing
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Manufacturing floor setting with exposure to moving machinery, moderate noise, and airborne particles
  • Use of PPE required (safety glasses and steel-toe shoes)
  • Frequent walking and standing; occasional lifting up to 35 lbs and bending or kneeling
  • Occasional weekend work or travel to local sites may be required
