As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll take the helm of operations across multiple laboratory and patient service locations in your region. You’ll be the critical link between strategy and execution — optimizing workflows, enhancing quality and safety, empowering managers and frontline staff, and ensuring we meet and exceed our customer service standards. As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll take the helm of operations across multiple laboratory and patient service locations in your region. You’ll be the critical link between strategy and execution — optimizing workflows, enhancing quality and safety, empowering managers and frontline staff, and ensuring we meet and exceed our customer service standards. What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach multi-site teams across laboratory and patient service operations
- Own quality, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all locations
- Drive process improvements and cost savings using data and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Services, HR, and Logistics
- Support new site openings, relocations, and client implementations
- Champion our culture and coach managers on hiring, performance, and development
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold best practices in lab and patient care workflows
- Travel regularly across the region to monitor operations, even in inclement weather

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Laboratory Sciences
- 5+ years of healthcare or laboratory operations experience (3+ years in leadership)
- Proven success managing distributed teams across multiple locations
- Deep knowledge of lab workflows, regulatory compliance, and service excellence
- Strategic thinker with sharp problem-solving and organizational skills
- A calm, collaborative presence who thrives under pressure and keeps morale high

- Work is performed in a combination of office, clinical, and patient service environments.
- Frequent travel between sites within the assigned region is required and may occur during inclement weather conditions.
- Involves long periods of computer work, standing, and walking.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds independently and moving items weighing up to 100 pounds using appropriate equipment, such as carts or dollies, in accordance with safety guidelines.
