Exciting Opportunity: Innovation Center Administrative Coordinator- Temp

Location: 2562 Belmont Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19131

The Innovation Center Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, managing the front desk, greeting guests, coordinating space set up for meetings and events, and handling basic administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, customer-service minded, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

What You'll Do:

  • Open the Center each morning and ensure it is ready for the day (lights, cleanliness, signage, etc.)
  • Manage the front desk and visitor check-in/check-out process
  • Greet all guests and ensure they are directed appropriately
  • Support room setup for meetings and events (tables/chairs, trash removal, etc.)
  • Answer phone calls and route calls to the correct department
  • Respond to general questions about the Center’s amenities, technology, and space
  • Receive and deliver packages and mail to the appropriate staff
  • Close and secure the Center at the end of the day

What We're Looking For:

  • ??Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or facilities support role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized
  • Ability to lift light equipment (e.g., folding chairs/tables)
  • Comfortable using basic office technology (phones, email, copier, etc.)

Pay Rate for this Role: $18-$21.00/ Hour
