Here’s How You'll Make An Impact
- Be the Architect of Connection: You'll be the primary scheduler and dispatcher, ensuring our "gig workers" are perfectly placed to ignite interest in Girl Scouts and launch new troops.
- Recruit & Champion Talent: From screening resumes to supporting onboarding, you'll bring in amazing individuals who share our values and are ready to inspire.
- Bridge the Gap: You'll be the vital liaison, connecting our flexible staff with key internal teams like Membership, Program Innovation, and Grant Initiatives to ensure seamless communication and powerful collaboration.
- Master of Logistics: You'll ensure timely submissions of everything from mileage to expense reports, keeping our programs running smoothly and in compliance.
- Drive Growth & Strategy: Your meticulous record-keeping and insights on staff participation and lead conversion rates will directly inform our strategy for reaching even more girls.

Education & Experience
We're looking for someone who brings a blend of experience, skills, and a genuine passion for our mission. If you meet the following, we encourage you to apply:
- A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a non-profit setting is a plus!
- Exceptional Organizational Prowess: You can effortlessly prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and keep everything running like clockwork.
- Communication Rockstar: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to connect effectively with diverse groups.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with data management software is a bonus!
- Proactive & Independent: You take initiative, anticipate needs, and thrive working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Accountable & Discrete: You're a self-motivator with high personal accountability, excellent judgment, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Adaptable: You can think quickly and logically under pressure and manage projects in a continually changing environment.
- Ability to travel as required for the role.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support events.
- Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and setting up work-related supplies and/or equipment weighing at least 30 pounds.
- Possess a full range of body motion, including manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Must provide your own reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver's license, and appropriate insurance.
- Ability to pass initial and periodic background and driver checks.
