You will be Receiving for our Logistics team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, processing, and shipment of materials, equipment, and goods, while maintaining accurate records and complying with regulations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Shipping/Receiving, you will be responsible for receiving and verifying incoming materials, processing goods receipts, and routing packages to destinations. You will also perform a variety of clerical duties associated with shipping and receiving, including preparing labels, shipping documents, and maintaining records.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Shipping/Receiving, you will be responsible for receiving and verifying incoming materials, processing goods receipts, and routing packages to destinations. You will also perform a variety of clerical duties associated with shipping and receiving, including preparing labels, shipping documents, and maintaining records.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Receiving and verifying incoming materials, including raw stock, assemblies, and equipment
- Processing goods receipts in the MRP System and routing packages to destinations
- Preparing labels, shipping documents, and maintaining records, including DD250, DD1149, and hazmat documents
- Performing clerical duties, such as typing and filing, and maintaining the Shipping Department's record-keeping system
- Acting as a liaison between internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies and issues
- Learning and demonstrating knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office programs, and other related software programs
