Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift) / Grand Prairie, TX

You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Production Team. Our team is responsible for managing multiple manufacturing disciplines, including machining, sheet metal fabrication, assembly, paint, weld, and tool fabrication, to deliver high-quality products while meeting schedule and cost goals.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 20-30 union-represented workers, supervising multiple manufacturing disciplines, and coordinating daily activities with various support functions. You will drive process improvements, achieve target zero metrics, and energize your team to perform at their best.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting the development and implementation of process improvements
• Holding team members accountable for their performance and energizing them to achieve excellence
• Supervising multiple manufacturing disciplines in an integrated team environment
• Coordinating daily activities with Production Control, Production Engineering, Quality, Design Engineering, and other manufacturing support functions
