Solid Restoration LLC, a leader in the restoration industry, is seeking an experienced Build-Back Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee the restoration and reconstruction of residential and commercial properties. This role focuses on managing the build-back phase of projects following water, fire, or other property damages, ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the build-back phase of restoration projects, from initial planning through final delivery.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Act as the primary liaison with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters, providing consistent updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the mitigation team and estimators to align on project scopes and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of each phase.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality, resolving issues as they arise.
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes, industry standards, and company quality guidelines.
• Document and report project progress, challenges, and completion details using project management software.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management in restoration, construction, or related industries, with a focus on build-back or reconstruction.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of restoration processes, insurance claims, and construction methods.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Technology: Proficiency with project management software such as DASH, Xactimate, or similar tools.
