CLASSIFICATION: Part-time, Non-Exempt, Hourly
COMPENSATION: $14 Per hour

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow a routine schedule for basic cleaning of common areas, including hallways, office, lounge, model units, and restrooms.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and touch-ups, as assigned.
- Support seasonal cleaning and turnover preparation.
- Maintain a clean and trash-free exterior around the property.
- Notify the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager of any larger issues needing attention.
- Help monitor the appearance and cleanliness of resident areas and shared spaces.
- Deliver friendly and professional service to residents and guests.
- Follow safety guidelines and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Maintenance experience is a plus but not required—willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to follow a cleaning schedule and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Friendly attitude and a willingness to help where needed
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 3–5 hour standing shifts
