We produce finished consumer goods such as hemp beverages, 2oz shots, drink stick packs and other CPG products in addition to providing technology used by other manufacturing companies both domestically and internationally. Canning Line Operator

• Ensure completion of the daily production schedule in coordination with the Director of Manufacturing
• Serve as a point person for the packaging line and its corresponding machines, assisting with performance improvements, troubleshooting, and giving instruction where/when needed
• Alert Director of Manufacturing to potential quality concerns and maintenance issues
• Assist with routine material handling/transfer/order needs as they arise on the packaging line
• Learn, understand, execute, and help maintain packaging operations according to Rexis SOP
• Operate machinery following all safety guidelines in an efficient manner
• Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to Rexis standards
• Help out as needed in other parts of the brewery
• Perform all preventative and routine maintenance on machinery to ensure it is functioning safely, properly, and efficiently
• Maintain packaging tools and materials by storing safely, neatly and in an organized fashion
• Direct, operate, and perform pre-run, run, post-run, and weekly duties and housekeeping on a variety of packaging equipment
• Oversee and assist in the proper cleaning of canning line
• Assist other packaging staff as needed to give breaks and fill in at other stations
• Maintain neat and orderly packaging area
• Adhere to all Rexis policies, processes and standards in order to maintain a safe and welcoming work environment for self, co-workers, vendors, and guests
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management team in an effort to reduce waste and improve efficiencies
• Complete other tasks accurately as assigned by management within specified time frames
• 2 years canning experience a must
• Assist in cellar tasks as needed (tank cleans, carbonation, blending)
