Who We're Looking For: We are looking for an RF Foreman for our Henderson, NV location who will fulfill the responsibilities outlined below

Key Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Oversee daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
  • Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and crew, including site-specific closeout documentation.
  • Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership.
  • Ensure safety and quality control requirements are met at all times.
  • Compile and upload site-specific closeout documentation to customer interfaces.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives for site-related activities, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to all crew members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition at all times.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for job assignments.
  • Responsible for operating company issued vehicles and equipment and maintaining cleanliness of interior and exterior of all issued company assets.
    • Daily vehicle operations include driving, hauling, crew transportation from office to job site, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
  • Certifications in First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, PIM, CPR, and Connector attachment.
  • Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading, understanding, and constructing according to Construction Drawings (CDs) and RF Data Sheets to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
  • Expertise in assembling antenna sector frames, antennas, RRU/RRH (Remote Radio Units/Remote Radio Heads), Power and Fiber Distribution system to industry standards.
  • Skilled in installing coaxial cables, power, and fiber trunks, and making coax connections to ensure reliable RF signal transmission.
  • Proficient in PIM and Sweep Testing.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and compliance with company motor vehicle policy.
  • Ability to create a safe work environment with acceptable quality and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teaching and training proper work and safety procedures.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug (including marijuana) and background screening.
  • Local to the market.

Working Conditions

  • Outdoor Exposure: Working in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain and wind.
  • Noise Levels: Exposure to loud machinery and construction noises.
  • Dusty Environment: Potential exposure to dust and debris from construction activities.
  • Uneven Surfaces: Working on uneven terrain, scaffolding, and other unstable surfaces.
  • Potential Hazards: Exposure to potential hazards like falling objects, machinery, and electrical wires.

Key Physical Demands:

  • Working at Heights: Climbing ladders, towers to reach elevated work areas.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Regularly lifting and carrying heavy materials, tools, and debris, often exceeding 50 pounds.
  • Standing and Walking: Prolonged periods of standing and walking on uneven surfaces across the construction site.
  • Bending and Kneeling: Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching to access tight spaces or work on low levels.
  • Reaching and Pulling: Reaching for materials and tools, pulling heavy objects.
  • Hand Dexterity: Using hand and power tools with precision.
