BKR H/LL is a leading provider of loan origination software for banking, credit unions, and financial services companies. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Administrator/Project Coordinator with project management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry or SaaS and will be able to balance administrative tasks with organizing marketing projects.

Essential Functions/Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team (expense reports, travel).
  • Organize and manage marketing projects from inception to completion.
  • Disseminate content and prioritize campaigns to target our clients in the banking and financial services sectors.
  • Find efficiency in marketing processes with minimal supervision.
  • Take initiative and work independently within a flexible team structure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Assist in the creation and management of marketing materials and content.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Assist in producing sales events (Innovation Centers and more)

Skills/Qualifications Required

  • 3+ years Marketing campaign and project coordination in the marketing, banking, technology, or financial services industry
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination and project management.
  • Experience in the banking, marketing and financial services industry or SaaS is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, project management software).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

This role will require an onsite presence report to our Carmel, IN office.
