AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our expanding cancer care team in Orange City, Florida. About The Role
- Provide comprehensive care to oncology and hematology patients in both hospital and clinic settings
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing care
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and survivorship planning
- Participate in tumor boards and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators
- Support quality improvement, clinical documentation, and care optimization efforts
- Prior experience in oncology, hematology, or internal medicine preferred
- Strong interest in cancer care and patient education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Compassionate, calm under pressure, and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Master’s degree from an accredited PA or APRN (FNP/AGNP) program
- Current board certification as PA-C or APRN
- Active Florida medical license (or eligibility)
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
