Job Summary: Assign and work daily departmental tasks. Assists with training new employees and maintains internal agency management systems.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Agency Management System projects
- Assist employees with Agency Management System related issues
- Train and transition new hires and acquisitions
- Assist with acquisition data entry
Position Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail focusing on accuracy and thoroughness
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty insurance license
- High school diploma required
- Experience with multiple Vertafore products is preferred
