Description

Job Summary: Assign and work daily departmental tasks. Assists with training new employees and maintains internal agency management systems.

Pay Range: $36,000 - $45,000

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage Agency Management System projects
  • Assist employees with Agency Management System related issues
  • Train and transition new hires and acquisitions
  • Assist with acquisition data entry

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail focusing on accuracy and thoroughness
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty insurance license

Education And Experience

  • High school diploma required
  • Experience with multiple Vertafore products is preferred
