In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents and conducive to their physical, mental, and social well-being Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Life Enrichment Coordinator:

• Assist the Life Enrichment department with coordination of ancillary services, assessments, and programs
• Promote a healthy community culture for all residents.
• Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents
• Lead daily resident activities per our Community standards.
• Plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of a diverse resident population.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred
