Dispatch Coordinator

You will coordinate vehicle pick-ups and deliveries, manage driver schedules, and ensure smooth communication between clients, drivers, and the operations team. Duties:

• Assign routes and schedules to drivers based on delivery priorities
• Track shipments and update clients on status
• Resolve scheduling conflicts or delays proactively
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
• Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle pickups and drop-offs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch roles
• Familiarity with GPS and route planning tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) preferred
