Staffing Scheduler

CareCore at Lakeridge is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in long term care staffing and a strong ability to manage and coordinate complex schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing and support staff
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels in accordance with state regulations and facility needs
• Coordinate call-ins, time-off requests, shift coverage, and replacements
• Communicate scheduling updates and changes clearly to staff and leadership
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and staffing data
• Collaborate with department heads and HR to anticipate staffing needs and support recruitment efforts
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of staffing experience in a long term care or skilled nursing facility required
• Ohio STNA license preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
