South Mountain Creamery has an immediate opening on our Customer Service Team. Be part of a team offering a high-quality customer service experience while helping to connect the community to where our food comes from.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls, live chats, and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues. Reaching out to customers and following up with satisfaction.
• Help customers with account access, order placement, etc.
• Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate and up-to-date

The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 10 am - 6 pm.

• Training hours would be 9 am to 5 pm, then would transition to the 10 am-6 pm time once training was completed.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience in an office environment and over-the-phone sales experience would be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
• Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service.
  
  

Salary Description

$17.00-$19.00 per hour
