We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Interim Human Resources Director to cover for an employee out on leave. Possibility of conversion to ongoing-full time position in the future.
Lilac is a collaborative group of humans who care about making a difference for students. We work hard tosupport one another in providing excellent services to every student we serve.Our mission is to raise the standard of Special Education in our community!
Full-time, 8am-4pm. Monday through Friday,preferred. (Part time position is also possible)
This position has remote flexibility up to 100% remote

- Coordinate Interviewing and Hiring of staff
- Coordinate & complete assigned onboarding tasks

- Manage communication regarding company feedback surveys, suggestions, complaints & concerns
- As well as other duties as assigned

- Bachelors Degree or higher in a related field
- The ability to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and use
Other Requirements
- Criminal background clearance or formal exception
- Office equipment including copy machine, laptop, tablet, and phone
