We are seeking an experienced Medicaid Billing Specialist to manage bi-monthly billing cycles, ensure timely and accurate claims submission, and follow up on unpaid or denied claims. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Medicaid billing practices and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Submit timely, accurate Medicaid claims per state and federal regulations
- Monitor claim status and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
- Resolve billing issues, underpayments, and rejections promptly
- Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and Medicaid policies
- Stay up to date with changes in billing rules and requirements
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate with internal teams as needed
- Proven experience in Medicaid billing and follow-up
- Understanding of Medicaid payer guidelines and compliance standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred
