Accounting Coordinator (Full Time)

Parman Energy is seeking a motivated Accounting Coordinator with experience and knowledge to add to the accounting team. The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist with Accounts Receivable functions which include cash application, processing new customer applications, account set up, data entry, and filing.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience or education
• Multi-tasking, problem-solving, prioritization and effective communication are essential for this position
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Sage 100 preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents & the ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Candidates should have proficient mathematical skills and should be able to compute rate, ratio, and percent
