THE ROLE
As a Creative Specialist/Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating innovative, visually impactful designs, presentations, and effects for Legends Corporate. In this role, you will produce exciting collateral for some of the biggest names, teams, and brands in sports, helping us to advance and extend the Legends brand and present our story across a variety of media—like digital, print, web, and social applications.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, collaborative, and enjoys brainstorming and coming up with custom graphics independently or as part of a team. You’ll need to be deadline-driven, organized, and obsessed with details. The ideal candidate also has experience with interactive media, video creation, and three-dimensional animation.
This role is a hybrid of office at The Star in Frisco and home, so we’re looking for a self-starter with top notch interpersonal and communication skills. You will report to the VP of Creative Services and be part of the broader Legends creative team.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys producing high-end designs, working as part of a dynamic team, and both thinking AND executing.

Essential Duties & Responsiblities
- Design for both digital and print, including web, social media, emails, invitations, logos, brochures, postcards, flyers, signage, menus, advertisements, sales presentations, infographics and other print collateral and special projects as assigned
- Work with existing creative and deliver supporting designs as well as execute original designs
- Facilitate design projects from concept through production and delivery, ensuring internal procedures such as schedules, proofs, approvals, file preparation, and job archiving have been properly executed
- Preserve, protect, and uphold brand standards and consistency for Legends and all our clients, partners, and subsidiaries
- Receive and implement strategic feedback into revisions, edits, modifications, resizing and other adjustments to previously completed work
- Meet deadlines and work with changing priorities
- Collaborate with the graphics, marketing, and Global Sales teams, or other internal teams and external clients in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of the latest design trends and techniques, products, and resources

Education & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience required
- Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environment
- Required expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and email marketing platforms
- Experience working in fast-paced, quick turn-around environment
- Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising creativity and quality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
- Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
- Able to work flexible hours including some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to demonstrate creative experience through portfolio of work samples
- Possess understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography in digital and print media
- Web/Social/Email/UX design experience and knowledge
- Applicants MUST provide portfolio of work.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design preferred
