Position: Office Manager – Mister Sparky of Baytown
As our Office Manager, you'll be the communication hub of our operations, ensuring our team runs smoothly, jobs are dispatched efficiently, and customers feel heard and supported. You won’t just manage — you’ll lead with clarity, structure, and purpose.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate service calls and technician schedules using ServiceTitan CRM
- Answer inbound service calls with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor job progress and support field technicians from the office
- Maintain organized workflows and follow through on details
- Communicate with vendors, review incoming quotes and invoices, and ensure materials and services are delivered accurately and on time
- Help foster a respectful, growth-driven team culture
- At least 2 years of experience in service operations; residential electrical knowledge is a big plus
- Strong organization skills and clear, confident communication
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a strong advantage
- Electrical license is a plus, but not required
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- A calm, detail-focused, and team-minded personality
- $20–$30/hour, depending on experience
