Responsibilities: This person will provide general support for Internet/Intranet applications, network infrastructure, e-mail, Windows Servers, Windows applications, and other PC-related software. They will also assist field techs with hardware and software concerns. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities: This person will provide general support for Internet/Intranet applications, network infrastructure, e-mail, Windows Servers, Windows applications, and other PC-related software. They will also assist field techs with hardware and software concerns. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
What You’ll Do
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Maintain field networking equipment to provide connections with field equipment
- Basic Installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks for Windows and Linux systems using standard deployment and management methods
- Perform standard operations in a Data Room/Data Center (racking, cabling, system maintenance)
- Basic Installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks of the Mitel phone switch and MiCollab server
- Maintain internet connections in the field
- Maintain reasonable costs for I.S.P. connections

- B.S. degree in Computer Science, related degree, or a combination of equivalent education and experience required
