Requirements

What You Will Do:

  • Manage master data including creation, updates, and deletions across systems.
  • Administer user access and roles within the data reporting environment.
  • Ensure quality assurance of imported data; work with QA analysts when needed.
  • Commission and decommission data sets as required for business projects.
  • Process and safeguard confidential data in accordance with internal policies.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Manage the reporting environment including data sources, security settings, and metadata structures.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and support data warehouse enhancements.
  • Support initiatives to improve data integrity, normalization, and standardization.
  • Assess and implement new or upgraded reporting tools and data systems.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems to meet various business needs.
  • Troubleshoot reporting systems and resolve data issues impacting reporting.
  • Evaluate updates and changes to source systems and ensure downstream alignment.
  • Train end-users and stakeholders on how to access and interpret data dashboards and tools.
  • Provide technical expertise in database structures, data mining, and cleansing processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • This may require some travel to other Full Swing locations.

Do You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing, supply chain or warehouse management
  • Experience working as a data analyst or in a related analytical or technical role.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • High-level experience in methodologies and best practices for managing and analyzing large data sets.
  • Ability to assess and mitigate data risks and support decision-making with meaningful insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into accessible information for non-technical audiences.
