About Us

We are an entrepreneurial portfolio of real estate, healthcare, and online education ventures dedicated to creating measurable impact in the communities we serve. Our operations encompass multiple LLCs, an eight-figure revenue stream, national programs, and managed-care contracts, all flowing through a single financial engine. This engine is now in need of a dedicated operator.

Why This Role Exists

We have reached a point where fractional services and outsourced bookkeepers have taken us as far as they can. We require a hands-on Controller who can provide fast, reliable financial data, enhance cash control, and offer leadership a clear, data-driven view of performance, enabling us to strategically deploy capital to maximize community benefits.

Key Outcomes First 12 Months

  • Weekly Impact Flash: Delivered every Friday by 2 pm PT, encompassing cash balance, AR aging, AP due, ad spend vs. ROAS, and entity P&Ls.
  • Day-5 Monthly Close: Achieved with less than 1% variance to forecast, including fully reconciled inter-company transactions.
  • Commission & Compensation Engine: Ensures payments to appointment setters/closers, seamlessly reconciling to payroll.
  • Revenue-Cycle Dial-In: Maintain DSO <45 days on medical billing and <30 days on coaching payment plans.
  • 13-Week Cash Forecast: Updated and reviewed each Monday with leadership.

  • What You'll Own

    • Close & Consolidation: Execute month-end close activities; consolidate multi-entity financials; handle inter-company loans and eliminations.
    • Accounts Receivable & Revenue Cycle: Oversee medical RCM (e.g., Tebra), manage payer denials, and track high-value coaching payment plans to achieve DSO targets.
    • Commissions & Payroll Integration: Reconcile Stripe/GoHighLevel data, calculate commissions, and ensure payouts to payroll with 99% accuracy.
    • Cash & Treasury Management: Conduct daily cash sweeps, enforce bank-level controls, and execute rolling 13-week cash-flow modeling.
    • Internal Controls & SOPs: Develop and enforce policies for approvals, purchasing, expense management, and segregation of duties.
    • Systems & Automation: Manage QuickBooks Online (future NetSuite migration planned), Bill.com, Divvy, and BI dashboards in Google Sheets/Looker Studio.
    • Audit & Tax Readiness: Prepare schedules for CPAs, lenders, and investors; manage 1099, sales-tax, and property-tax filings.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise a staff bookkeeper and future accounting hires.
