  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
  • 7 years of experience programming in SQL
  • Experience translating business requirements into BI solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing project lifecycles, from gathering requirements, assessing risks, prioritizing features with stakeholders, and working with vendor developers.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.,Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, or similar technologies).
  • Experience developing business process automation using low-code/no-code development platforms (e.g., spreadsheet scripts, AppSheet, Power Apps, Airtable, or similar technologies).
  • Experience explaining technical analysis to stakeholders and advising on analytics/business intelligence opportunities.
  • Experience with data analysis at a law firm, in-house legal/compliance department, within government, or related industry experience.

About the jobAs a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will help the Business Intelligence Group (BIG) enable a more data-driven/predictive Global Affairs (GA) organization. The goal is to leverage the GA data ecosystem to drive decisions for initiatives and support business operations. In this role, you will serve as an advisor to the key stakeholders managing reporting and analysis.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive and own the development of BI solutions such as building pipelines, dashboards, models, and tools to analyze and present data.
  • Drive and own the development of applications using AppSheet and other low-code/no-code development platforms to automate business processes, create custom tools, and improve data accessibility for moderate complexity/moderate volume workloads.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to understand existing datasets and identify data sources needed to support the business.
