Compensation: $55,000/year
How does our Used Vehicle Logistics Specialist drive impact?
Track all Buyer acquisitions from purchase, to import, and to distribution
Submit for all GST refunds
Stock in all buyers cars
Submit each purchase for transport and import
Help develop weekly distribution list with team
Transfer units to each store weekly and set up transport
Update and monitor all tracking lists
Track all ownership and titles
Keep up to date with importers on all vehicles and new importing processes
Track turn times for each stage of the process
Be point of contact for each source when it comes to titling/ownership
Help accounting audit changes to each account

We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to run and manipulate reports and analyze data
- Proficient with Excel
- Previous Auto experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to retain crucial information regarding the retail/wholesale vehicle market
- Proven organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
