Position: LPN/RN Supervisor 4pm-12pm

Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Melbourne

Location: Melbourne, FL

Shift: Full-Time, 3 PM - 11 PM

Salary:

• LPN: Up to $34/hr (based on experience)
• RN: Up to $42/hr (based on experience)
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee daily operations and ensure high care standards.
• Staff Guidance: Mentor and support nursing staff to meet job expectations and deliver exceptional care.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist with facility surveys and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular rounds to maintain and improve nursing care standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• LPN or RN License: Must hold a valid Florida LPN or RN license.
• Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with a preference for managerial experience.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven skills in leading and motivating a nursing team.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective team collaboration and quality patient care.
