Job Purpose
The Project Coordinator works closely with members of Client Success and Operations to ensure day-to-day campaign objectives and deliverables are being met on all client campaigns. This would include maintaining project plans and project management, meeting preparation and support, campaign deliverable documentation, engagement center liaison, day-to-day campaign oversight, and more.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Works with Client Success to gather detailed information about the client’s business, sales structure, marketing strategies, campaign objectives, and deliverables to facilitate effective campaign on-boarding.
- Creates and manages the Campaign Project Plan, including but not limited to monitoring tasks, timelines, and key milestones.
- Provides ongoing communication and status updates as it relates to the time, cost, and scope of the designated campaign.
- Reviews and understands the client’s company, products/services, customers, buyer pain-points, buying cycle stages, competitors and target audience.
- Conducts Salesforce review and management.
- Facilitates internal meetings.
- Provides support with campaign set-up activities.
- Conducts ongoing internal reviews with the campaign team to identify and resolve performance gaps.
- Monitors the overall performance of the designated campaign to ensure quality and timeline objectives are on target.
- Ensures timely escalation of problems and change requests to appropriate management staff.
- Works in tandem with Client Success on client-related activities and requests, i.e. progress reviews, client visits, SBR/QBR’s, MyAccount/Reporting overview, etc.

- Comfortable with commitment and change; able to deal with and escalate emergencies as necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ year of Televerde calling experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Sales Development Representative experience preferred.
- Smartsheet and Salesforce experience preferred.
Essential physical requirements of this job include:
- Ability to move wrists, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive motion.
- Ability to continuously stand, walk, reach, kneel, bend, stoop, push/pull, and sit.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally.
- Communicating effectively with employees, vendors, and clients.
- Continuously working at a desk and computer.
