WKBN-TV in Youngstown, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Multimedia Content Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and work collaboratively with both our digital and television teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging digital content in AP style (writing test required).
• Edit and proofread with strong attention to grammar and detail.
• Create content that captivates and informs readers.
• Monitor and utilize social media platforms to drive content and audience engagement.
• Manage multiple projects with flexibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently.
• Operate studio and remote equipment (cameras, graphics, etc.) during newscasts and media productions.
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of social media and digital analytics is a plus.
• Calm, positive demeanor under deadline pressure.
• Proficiency in computer usage; experience with Photoshop and WordPress is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Journalism or related field.
• Experience in television production or post-production.
