Are you an experienced Endur professional with a passion for driving system design and implementation? Join our dynamic team to leverage your expertise in Endur ETRM, Java, and Oracle SQL, while collaborating with global teams to enhance trading and reporting systems. We are opening a new office in New York and are looking for our first IT feet on the ground. If you thrive in a fast-paced trading environment and excel at problem-solving, we want you!

Salary range for this position: $160,000 - $225,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.

Key Accountabilities

As our ETRM Developer you will support and develop Endur integrations by driving system design, implementation, and improvements for functions and workflows, propose technology solutions for new trading and reporting requirements across Endur ETRM, reporting systems, and bespoke systems. Furthermore, you will:

• Collaborate with onshore/offshore PM, BA, and developers for various projects and growth initiatives.

• Develop scalable systems that can be quickly deployed and cater to various use cases.

• Define architecture and technical designs for system interfaces between Endur ETRM and related applications throughout the deal lifecycle (front, middle, and back-office).

• Implement initiatives outlined in the organization's roadmap, developing scalable systems for multiple centers.

• Implement new features introduced in Endur V24 and later versions, engaging with stakeholders to propose improved technology solutions.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for an exceptional delivery-focused team player, confident communicator, and self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability and desire to work in a fast-moving trading environment to help the ETRM landscape get ahead of industry benchmarks.

We also expect you to have:

• Minimum of 6-8 years Endur experience including greenfield implementation/version upgrade.

• Significant experience of Endur ETRM (front-to-back) and integrations to drive system design, implementation, and improvements.

• Strong hands-on experience in JVS, OpenComponents (Java), Java, and Oracle SQL.

• Excellent North American Power and Gas trading expertise – Both Physical & Financial (Additionally, European Power & Gas expertise would be beneficial).

• Extensive experience of developing within the GMotion module in Endur and interacting with NatGasHub for gas nominations.

• Strong understanding of ETRM technologies, operations, and processes across Front-Office / Middle-Office / Back-Office.

• Experience working with global teams, as we have offshore and European teams.
