Responsible for crafting Playlist Studio’s digital experiences across platforms, while also contributing to art direction and concept development, working closely with the creative director, marketing team, and clients to develop and implement design strategies that meet project goals. Daily job duties include:

  • Use project management tools to manage and execute design projects from concept to completion, including tracking design tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and timely delivery;
  • Work closely with founding Partners in communications and management of our Korean based clientele, and communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback
  • Design, create, and refine engaging visual content and assets, including graphics, layouts, and interfaces for various projects, across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more;
  • Conduct user/UX research and analyze user data to inform design decisions, create personas, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance and improve user experience and interface design;
  • Ensure all designs align with the client's brand guidelines and contribute to building a cohesive visual identity;
  • Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team, and maintain detailed documentation of design processes, decisions, and guidelines for future reference;
  • Review work from junior designers, providing constructive feedback, guidance, and support, to ensure design quality and consistency, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment;
  • Participate in daily or weekly stand-up meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks;
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.Requires quarterly international travel and annual domestic travel.Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, Communication Design, Fine Arts, Interactive Design, Multimedia Design, Web Design, Industrial Design, User Experience Design, a related field in Design or Digital Arts, or foreign equivalent, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Designer or similar occupation in graphic design, digital marketing, or related field. Experience must include:
  • 5 years of experience with Figma design systems, prototypes, and user flows;
  • 5 years of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator crafting vector illustrations, designing cohesive iconography sets, and executing advanced photo manipulation and editing;
  • 5 years of experience with Figma developing design systems, prototypes, and user flow mapping;
  • 5 years of experience with conducting user research, creating personas, and usability testing;
  • 5 years of experience with designing for multiple devices and screen sizes;
  • 3 years of experience creating visual content for various social media platforms;
  • 5 years of experience designing UX/UI for tech companies in SaaS or product-based environments;
  • 3 years of experience designing for online retail platforms;
  • 3 years of experience using Trello, Asana, JIRA, and Slack for schedule and deadline management, and collaboration with product management and development teams.Offered Annual Salary: $155,688 USD.CV to [email protected], Ref. SD25.
