We’re looking for a highly creative, self-driven Brand Coordinator to bring our brands—Eastern Market Brewing Co., Ferndale Project, and Elephant & Co.—to life across digital platforms and in-person events.
This isn’t just a content role—it’s about building a community. You’ll experiment with new voices, test fresh content formats, and explore emerging platforms. You’ll be the mastermind behind engaging storytelling, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and amplifying our brand presence.
Beyond digital, you’ll take the lead at events, from planning and promotion to execution. You’ll be hands-on—helping set up, engaging with guests, and making sure every event is a success. This role requires an outgoing personality, a passion for our brand, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Implement our social media strategy across platforms, including Instagram and Facebook
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for releases, merch, staff, and events.
- Experiment with content styles and tones to drive engagement.
- Manage email campaigns and craft compelling copy for weekly newsletters.
- Analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies to maximize impact.
- Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and reviews.
- Foster connections with customers and local partners to deepen brand loyalty.
- Identify and collaborate with like-minded businesses on events and campaigns.
- Conceptualize, organize, and host unforgettable events that showcase our brand.
- Capture authentic, behind-the-scenes moments and share them in real-time.
- Take charge at events—ensuring smooth execution and engaging with attendees.
- Be on-site at events, including nights and weekends, actively shaping the experience.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media, and event planning.
- Proven ability to grow and manage branded social media accounts.
- Strong skills in video production, photography, and editing.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across different brands.
- Outgoing personality—you thrive in social settings and love engaging with people.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
- Must be available evenings and weekends and able to travel between our locations.
- A self-starter who thrives on creative freedom.
- Passionate about marketing, social media, and storytelling.
- Someone who lives and breathes our brand and wants to be at every event.
- A risk-taker, willing to test new content ideas and platforms.
