- Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and an average annual earning of $250,000â$300,000+.
- Clinicians have full autonomy over treatment planning, access to fully digital, paperless offices, and a full patient schedule.

- Requirements include a valid or upcoming DDS/DMD license from an accredited US program, with no more than 950 characters in total.
