St. Thomas Aquinas High School is seeking a creative and skilled Media and Graphic Design Manager to oversee all media, branding, and promotional efforts of the athletic department. The ideal candidate will lead the department’s visual identity across platforms while assisting with operational and event-related needs.

Responsibilities
Media & Promotion:
- Design graphics for digital, print, and promotional use. (Examples Needed)
- Manage all athletic department social media accounts.
- Schedule, post, and monitor social content for accuracy and engagement.
- Capture, edit, and archive high-quality photo and video content.
- Create media content for team promotions, sponsorship deliverables, and alumni engagement.
- Manage updates to the athletics website, including rosters, scores, and headlines.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for athletic programs and events.
- Produce podcasts, livestreams, and digital storytelling content.
- Collaborate with Sports Information and department leadership to highlight student-athletes and key moments.
- Assist with setup and media coverage at games, banquets, and events.
- Coordinate signage, event branding, and broadcast visuals.
- Support logistical tasks for games, major athletic events and sponsor-related activations.
- Experience in athletics operations or scheduling.
- Familiarity with conflict resolution, fundraising, or team supervision.
- Ability to work in a high-paced, team-centered environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in media, marketing, or athletic communications.
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital engagement.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for events.
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
- Standing and moving for extended periods during events.
- Working both indoors and outdoors.
