We are hiring a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) offering a salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, with up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus. As a BCBA, your primary responsibilities involve implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, supervising behavior technicians, and training parents/caregivers. You will ensure data collection, maintain confidentiality, and support clinical resources. The role requires a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and experience working with individuals with disabilities. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Physical requirements include prolonged sitting, lifting up to 15 pounds, and navigating various environments.
