Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role provides administrative assistance in areas such as onboarding, employee record management, recruiting coordination, and HR policy support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
  • Assist with recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and events
  • Handle general HR inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and status change forms
  • Track and report on HR metrics (attendance, turnover, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of HR or administrative support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
