What You Will Be Doing

• Orchestrating campus operations with precision—from safety protocols to staff integration and creating optimal learning environments.

Operations Manager Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain a seamlessly functioning campus environment while establishing strong relationships and delivering top-tier service to our entire school community—students, educators, and families alike.

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of effective problem-solving and operational management
• Basic technical proficiency with willingness to develop stronger IT troubleshooting skills
• Previous success in service-oriented positions
• Superior relationship-building and communication capabilities
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Self-directed work ethic with proactive approach to challenges
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
