Job Purpose
The Logistics Analyst II will provide intermediate-level logistics support across GSA 4PL operations, contributing to the efficiency of inventory, requisition, order tracking, and customer service processes. This role requires demonstrated analytical skills, knowledge of supply chain operations, and the ability to work under detailed supervision. Logistics Analyst II personnel play a vital role in coordinating store operations, providing administrative support, generating reports, and assisting in resolving discrepancies and order issues.

Logistics Analyst II personnel play a vital role in coordinating store operations, providing administrative support, generating reports, and assisting in resolving discrepancies and order issues.
Responsibilities
- Process product orders, returns, and updates within the POS and OMS systems.
- Track and validate material movement, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
- Support customers in-person and remotely with order processing, pickup scheduling, and issue resolution.
- Review daily WIP (Work-in-Progress) orders and conduct causative research.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing sales, inventory, and discrepancy reports.
- Support physical and digital filing systems for customer and order records.
- Collaborate with GSA IT and operational staff to maintain technical and logistical continuity.
- Ensure all data entry is timely, accurate, and in accordance with GSA procedures.
- Provide support for email, phone, and in-store customer service and product support.
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, material management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in federal or DoD logistics environments highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office Suites; ability to type 40 wpm.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet other physical requirements.
- Military logistics experience desired.
